Liquid Penetrant Inspection is one of the many inspections in the scope of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). It can be performed on a variety of materials including non-ferrous alloys, plastics, ceramics, etc.

GSMP is proud to state that we have the capabilities to perform Liquid Penetrant Inspection for all Types (Type I – Fluorescent and Type II – Visible Dye), all methods (A – Water-Washable, B – Post Emulsified (Lipophilic), C – Solvent Removable and D – Post Emulsified (Hydrophilic) as well as all sensitivity levels (1/2 , 1, 2, 3 and 4). We also have the equipment to perform penetrant inspection on large and small parts. The materials we use have been independently tested to ensure that they do not contain any of the heavy metals that have a negative impact on the environment.
